Games Workshop's new House Orlock miniatures are now up for pre-order, bringing fresh Road Warriors, gang leaders, cyber-mastiffs, and hulking bodyguards to Necromunda. For Gangfight players, the real attraction is the standard-sized infantry: tough-looking sci-fi mercenaries with plenty of weapon and conversion options.

What's New for House Orlock?

The standout kit is Orlock Road Warriors, with eight customizable fighters representing Road Enforcers, Road Shooters, Road Engineers, and Road Blasters. Weapon choices include shotguns, meltaguns, pneumatic hammers, and other industrial-looking gear. The models have that perfect combination of work-worn armor, practical equipment, and an attitude that says they're ready for trouble.

The Road Sergeants & Cyber-mastiffs set adds a Road Captain, five Road Sergeants, and two cyber-mastiffs. For some extra muscle, the Ogryn Minders kit contains two oversized bodyguards with options such as ripper guns, mauls, and enormous industrial tools.

Pre-orders opened October 31, 2026, with retailers listing a November 14 release date. The Road Warriors and Road Sergeants kits each have a listed US retail price of $55, while the Ogryn Minders are listed at $45.

Build a Dark Stars Gang with Orlock Miniatures

Here's where these models get really interesting for Gangfight. The eight Road Warriors could form the backbone of a Dark Stars mercenary crew, mining-security team, or group of hard-bitten scavengers. Their mix of firearms and improvised industrial weapons gives each fighter a distinct personality before you even start painting.

Use the better-equipped Sergeants as veteran characters or gang leaders. The cyber-mastiffs could become robotic guard dogs or scenario threats, while the larger Ogryn Minders would make imposing heavy-hitters for a special encounter. These are miniature and scenario concepts, not newly introduced official Gangfight profiles.

Painting and Conversion Possibilities

Orlock's industrial aesthetic offers plenty of room to experiment. Try dusty work jackets, chipped yellow armor plates, rusty metal tools, and oily black gun casings for a mining-colony look. Or swap the colors for muted greys and dark blues to create a more professional security force.

The mix of weapons, heads, and accessories also makes these kits attractive for kitbashing. A little careful assembly could turn two otherwise similar fighters into completely different characters.

Are the New Orlocks Worth a Look?

If you're after standard-sized sci-fi characters rather than vehicles or giant centerpiece models, absolutely. Eight Road Warriors make a particularly useful starting point for a small Gangfight crew, and the additional kits offer plenty of ways to expand its personality.

Sometimes the best miniature releases aren't the biggest ones. They're the boxes that make you want to start building a new gang as soon as you see them.
