What is Gangfight?
Gangfight is a miniature‑agnostic skirmish system designed for quick, exciting battles that tell a story. Each player commands a small gang of 3–10 characters, using simple rules that focus on tactics and narrative rather than complexity.
You can use any miniatures you own, whether fantasy, sci‑fi, modern, or weird west. The game includes four settings:
- Chronicle – Classic fantasy heroes, monsters, and magic.
- Aeon – High‑tech mercenaries, aliens, and powered armor.
- First Strike – Modern combat, special forces, and covert ops.
- Blackwater Gulch – The wild west meets the supernatural.

How to Play (In Five Easy Steps)
- Choose a Setting & Mission – Pick your world and a scenario objective.
- Build Your Gang – Create a small crew led by your chosen Leader.

Gangfight is a miniatures-neutral, multi-genre skirmish game designed to pit your tactical skills against one another using nothing more than a few miniatures, a few dice, and a table. In this book you will find the complete rules to play the game, as well as a few sample campaign settings to get started. Whether you are clashing swords in Chronicle, exchanging laser blasts in Aeon, or keeping the enemy pinned down under suppressive fi re in First Strike – there is something for everybody!
